1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of services operated by Summit AI LLC. By submitting information or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Role

Summit AI LLC provides internet marketing, AI automation, CRM setup, lead intake, appointment coordination, and customer communication support services for small businesses. We may use third-party software platforms and communications vendors to deliver these services.

3. Service Requests

Submitting a form or contacting Summit AI LLC does not create a guarantee of service availability, pricing, timeline, or result. Specific service terms may be confirmed separately based on the scope of work requested.

4. Communications Consent

By providing contact information, you consent to receive customer care and service-related text messages from Summit AI LLC about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send "STOP," we will send an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for outages, billing, performance issues, or policy changes from third-party software, CRM, messaging, hosting, or communications providers.
